2. Handling your data
Personal data conveyed to us during an order or a query via our website will be collected, processed and utilised by us exclusively to the extent permitted by law. We need these data to further process and implement your order and to contact you. By conveying your personal data you are giving your consent to us storing, handling and utilising your data for further processing. We obligate ourselves not to disclose your data as a general rule to third parties outside of the Pneuhage company group (with the exception of external service partners pursuant to § 11 BDSG), unless legally bound to do so. Your personal data that you convey to us when placing an order or asking a query through our website is protected with SSL. SSL, an abbreviation for “secure socket layer,” is an encoding procedure that is successfully used throughout the entire Internet. During this procedure all personal data such as your address are encoded during the transmission through the Internet and is therefore safe. You recognise via a symbol (closed lock) behind the address bar of your browser (depending on the type of browser this can also be displayed differently) that you are in an area secured with SSL.

3. Online application
Interested in working with our company? All current job offers are located on our website. In order to be able to make applying with us as convenient as possible you may also apply online. To do so, you will have to provide personal information. These data and the electronic documents that you provide to us are electronically stored.

We guarantee that the data provided to us by you will be treated as strictly confidential. Third parties and offices outside of the Pneuhage company group shall not obtain knowledge of your application or the data conveyed to us (with the exception of external service partners pursuant to § 11 BDSG).

We often have several applicants who fit the job, however, only one vacancy. If you agree, we offer to keep your application documents on file in our pool of applicants in the event that you are not accepted. This way your application can be taken into consideration for future job vacancies.

If you should only want your data to be taken into consideration for a concrete job vacancy and do not wish to keep your application documents in our applicant pool, please delete your applicant registration in our system after the selection procedure has ended.

You can delete your registration and therefore your stored application data yourself at any time. By deleting this information all of your personal data will be deleted from our system. Any information deleted cannot be retrieved by us or you. If you would like to re-apply after deleting your data, all personal data must be re-entered.

Your application data will be automatically deleted by us if there has been no activity or changes made after two years at the very latest.

7. Right to information
